The Vegetable Garden Step briefly into a dramatically different atmosphere! The vegetable vista is open to visitors allowing just a brief glimpse of part of our growing area. Companion planting with plants in flamboyant shades of red orange and yellow can either repel pests or encourage the beneficial predatory insects which will challenge and triumph over those pests. At the end of the contest we have a fruitful harvest and birds share the bounty of the remaining seed heads. We believe no food on earth compares with home-grown, chemical free, GM-free produce which can be eaten within minutes of picking. Notice our recycling department where superb compost is made to organically enrich our soil.
