Location The village of Buckland Newton is half way between Dorchester and Sherborne in Dorset, England. See map
Opening Times Every Thursday and Friday from10.30a.m. to 8.00 p.m. from first week in June to last week in September
NGS Opening National Garden Scheme open days 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. June 17th and August 19th 2007.
Admission Adults - £3.50, Children £1.50
Groups Welcome by arrangement. Please ring or write for details and booking form.
Plants Our plant nursery is very small but we specialise in grasses and plants for wildlife. (Regret no mail order service).
Refreshments Tea and coffee available. Good pub lunches at The Gaggle of Geese, 300 yards from garden. 01300 345249
Access wheelchairs Not ideal (some very narrow grass and gravel paths) but most of the garden is accessible and there are seats
Children The garden is not suitable for small children
Dogs Only guide dogs admitted
